Apple Inc. and Google LLC do not sponsor or endorse and are not involved in this promotion or any other Alma Promotion.

1. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW

For each $25 on deposit to a savings account opened with Sponsors’ Alma financial-related services platform, an entrant will receive one ticket. Entrants can also receive ticket(s) by spending using their Alma Financial Debit Card.  A ticket allows an entrant to select one set of six numbers. A set of numbers consists of five regular unique whole numbers between 1-99 (“Regular Number(s)”) and one unique whole number between 1-26 (“Green Almaball Number”) (collectively “Set of Numbers”).  If an entrant has a ticket but does not select a complete and legible Set of Numbers, the entrant will be assigned an entirely new random Set of Numbers.  As detailed below, if one or more of the Numbers selected by (or for) an entrant on their ticket matches the Number(s) randomly drawn by Prize & Promotions Insurance Services (an independent, third-party entity unaffiliated with Sponsors/Alma) (“Winning Numbers”) as verified by Administrator, the entrant will win cash prize(s) as described in Rule #9. Regardless of whether (or not) the Numbers selected by (or for) an entrant on a given ticket match the Winning Numbers, if the entry is eligible, it will also be entered into a random drawing after the Sweepstakes ends for a chance to win $100.00 Cash prize.

2. SPONSOR

3. ADMINISTRATOR

Probability LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, Woodstock, NY 12498 (“Administrator”).

4. ELIGIBILITY

Alma Sweepstakes – March 1, 2024 to May 30, 2024 (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico (excluding residents of other United States territories and possessions), who are eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) or older (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers of Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and Sponsors’ advertising and sweepstakes agencies (including Administrator), Prize & Promotions Insurance Services (collectively with Sponsors, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win prize(s). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Sweepstakes is void in United States territories and possessions, except Puerto Rico, and where prohibited.

5. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD

The Alma Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 30, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes Entry Period consists of thirteen (13) “Entry Periods” (as outlined in the chart below). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Prize & Promotions Insurance and Administrator regarding these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes, which will be final and binding in all respects.

6. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) Ways to Enter:

A. Entry Method #1: Deposit Entry

To enter via deposit entry, you a) must have an active Alma Savings account‡ that is in good standing prior to entering the Sweepstakes (“Savings Account”); b) must have the free Alma mobile application (“App”) downloaded on your Smart mobile device, and c) must have a minimum of $25.00 deposited in your Savings Account. For each increment of $25.00 deposited in your Savings Account, you will receive one (1) deposit entry up to $10,000, and for each increment of $150.00 deposited in your Savings Account over the initial $10,000 deposit, you will receive (1) deposit entry (“Deposit Entry”). Any accrued interest are not included in determining receipt of Deposit Entries. For each Deposit Entry, you will receive one ticket which will allow you to select five (5) unique whole numbers (not decimals or fractions) between 1 and 99 (“Regular Number(s)”), and one (1) Green Almaball Number, between 1 and 26 (“Green Almaball Number”) (collectively “Set of Numbers” or “Ticket”). If you do not select a complete Set of Numbers for your Ticket, your Ticket will be assigned a random Set of Numbers by the Administrator. Any monies earned on a Savings Account will not be included in determination of minimum deposit for receipt of Deposit Entry. If you do not have a Savings Account, you may apply for one by visiting Myalmafi.com and using the link to download the mobile app to a Smart mobile device or by directly downloading the free Alma mobile app on the Apple or Google app stores (“App”) and following all instructions to open a free Savings Account. To open a Savings Account, you must provide your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number as well as valid, government-issued photo identification. For the first $10,000 deposit in your Savings Account, you will receive a Ticket for every $25.00** you have in your Savings Account for every Entry Period provided that the increment of $25.00 remains in your Savings Account as of 11:59:59 PM ET on the day immediately preceding the Drawing Date for that Entry Period as per Rule 8. For example, if you have $25.00 available in your Savings Account on the start of the 1st Entry Period and you do not deposit anymore during the corresponding Entry Periods, you will have one (1) Deposit Entry for the Entry Period #1 drawing, one (1) Deposit Entry for the Entry Period #2 drawing and so forth as long as the $25.00 deposit stays in the Savings Account as of 11:59:59 PM ET on the day immediately preceding the Drawing Date of each Entry Period. You will receive a Ticket for every $150.00 above the initial $10,000 you have deposited in your Savings Account for every Entry Period provided that the increment of $150.00 exceeding the $10,000 remains in your Savings Account as of 11:59:59 PM ET on the day immediately preceding the Drawing Date as per Rule 8. You will receive your Ticket(s) on the last day of the Entry Period, prior to 11:59:59 PM ET. Any Ticket(s) previously received are void if the participant does not have the corresponding balance in their Savings Account as of 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day immediately preceding the Drawing Date as per Rule 8. A deposit will not count towards a Deposit Entry until the eligible deposit is complete and is cleared and available in your Alma Savings account. You should allow approximately 1-3 business days for a deposit to be cleared. 

**If you do not have an exact increment of $25 or $150 in your Savings Account, your Savings Account balance will not be rounded up for purposes of receipt of Tickets. For example, if your Savings Account has a balance of $74.70, you will receive two (2) – not three (3) – Tickets.

B. Entry Method #2: Debit Card Spend Entry

To enter via debit card spend entry, you a) must have an active Alma Checking Account (“Checking Account”) and b) must have the free Alma mobile application (“App”) downloaded on your Smart mobile device, and c) must spend a minimum of $1.00 dollar** using your Alma Debit Card (“Transaction”). For each increment of $1.00 dollar spent using your Alma Debit Card, you will receive debit card spend entry(ies) (“Debit Card Entry”). Within each Entry Period, every Debit Card spend amount of $1.00 and up, you will receive one (1) Ticket and one (1) Debit Card Entry. For every Debit Card spend amount $11.00 and higher, you will be entered for a chance to receive additional Ticket(s) and Debit Card Entries as stated in the chart below, not to exceed 100 Tickets/Entries per Transaction. The number of additional Tickets and Debit Card Entries you receive will be determined by Administrator and/or Sponsors at random and you will have an equal chance of receiving each possible quantity of additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries.  For example, if an Entrant spends anywhere between $11.00 - $25.00 using their Alma Debit Card during an Entry Period, Sponsors will randomly select the number 1 or the number 2, and the likelihood of either number being selected is 1:2. If the number 1 is drawn, that entrant will receive one (1) additional Ticket/Debit Card Entry; if the number 2 is drawn, then the Entrant will receive two (2) additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries.  Similarly, if an Entrant spends anywhere between $51.00 - $75.00 using their Alma Debit Card during an Entry Period, Sponsors will randomly select the number 1, the number 2, the number 3 or the number 4 and the likelihood of a given number being selected is 1:4. If the number 1 is drawn, that entrant will receive one (1) additional Ticket/Debit Card Entry; if the number 2 is drawn, then the Entrant will receive two (2) additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries; if the number 3 is drawn, then the Entrant will receive three (3) additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries; if the number 4 is drawn, then the Entrant will receive four (4) additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries. Depending on time of Transaction, determination of additional Tickets/Debit Card Entries (as well as receipt of initial Ticket/Debit Card Entry for spending $1.00 using Alma Debit Card) may occur on the business day following the actual transaction date. 

**If you do not spend an exact increment of $1 dollar using your Alma Debit Card, your purchase will not be rounded up for purposes of receipt of Tickets and the chance to receive additional Ticket(s). For each Ticket/Debit Card Entry, you will have the opportunity to select a “Set of Numbers”. If you do not select a complete Set of Numbers, your Ticket will be randomly assigned a Set of Numbers by the Administrator

C. Entry Method #3: Mail-In Entry

To enter the Sweepstakes without signing up for an Alma account (i.e., a Savings or Checking account as the case may be) and/or making any deposits  into an Account and/or spending any money using your Alma Debit Card (or if you do not have an Alma Debit Card), you can receive five (5) Tickets by mailing a handwritten sheet of paper with your first and last name, primary residence address, date of birth, valid e-mail address, and five (5) sets of the following: five (5) Regular Numbers , between the number 1 and number 99 (without repeating any numbers), separated by a comma, and one Green Almaball Number, between the number 1  and number 26 with a circle clearly drawn around the Green Almaball Number to: Alma Sweepstakes- March 1, 2024 to May 30, 2024, c/o Probability, PO Box 565, Social Circle, GA 30025-0565 (the “AMOE” or “Mail-in Entry”)). For each valid Mail-in Entry or AMOE, you will be issued five (5) Tickets. If you do not select six (6) Numbers for each of the five (5) Sets of Numbers or if any of the Set of Numbers (or part thereof) is incomplete (including missing a clear circle drawn around the Green Almaball Number), incorrect or illegible but your Mail-in Entry is otherwise valid, a random Set of Numbers will be assigned to your Mail-in Entry by Administrator. For the purposes of clarification, and as an example, if an Entrant submits a Mail-in Entry whereby five (5) Sets of Numbers were provided and one (1) Set of Numbers, or any part thereof, was incomplete, incorrect or illegible, (including missing a clear circle drawn around the Green Almaball Number) such Mail-in Entry will be assigned an entirely new random Set of Numbers by Administrator only for the one (1) Set of Numbers which was incomplete/incorrect/illegible. For further clarification, if one or more Number(s) in a given Set of Numbers were illegible, incorrect or missing (including missing a clear circle drawn around the Green Almaball Number) but the rest of the Numbers in a given Set of Numbers were correct and legible, that Mail-in Entry will still receive an entirely new random Set of Numbers assigned by Administrator for that Set of Numbers; the fact that a given Set of Numbers is incomplete, incorrect or illegible will not affect any other Set of Numbers on a Mail-in Entry which are complete, correct and legible.  If the Administrator is not able to differentiate between the multiple Sets of Numbers or cannot figure out the difference between the Regular Numbers and the Green Almaball Number for a given Set of Numbers (at the Administrator’s sole discretion), all five (5) Sets of Numbers will be randomly generated and assigned to the five (5) Tickets (whether or not complete, correct or legible). Limit of one request per outer mailing envelope. Each sheet of paper must be enclosed in a business size (#10) envelope. The valid AMOE will receive the issuance of Tickets for the Entry Period when it is postmarked and received per the schedule in Rule #7 below. Sponsor or Administrator are not responsible to inform the Main-in Entrant(s) of the random numbers generated and assigned to their Mail-in Entries as set forth above if their Mail-In Entry contains Set(s) of Numbers that are incomplete, incorrect or illegible.   Mail-in Entrants expressly waive any liability that Sponsor/Administrator may have under any legal theory as to the processing and, to the extent appropriate, assigning of random numbers, for their Mail-in Entry.  Mail-in Entrants further    understand and agree that they will only be informed if their Ticket is a winner of a prize amount exceeding $600 and as discussed below.  No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsors and/or Administrator assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due AMOEs or mail. All requests must be received by the dates as outlined in Rule 8 in order to be deemed valid for the corresponding Entry Period. If an Entry is postmarked by the Postmarked date but is received after the Received By date, it will be disqualified. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

The following applies to all methods of entry, collectively (“Entry(ies)”)

Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win a prize. In the event of a dispute as to any Entrant, the authorized Alma account holder (if entered via Entry Methods #1 and #2) and authorized email account holder (if entered via Entry Method #3) will be deemed to be the Entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be awarded a prize.

7. Limit

Limit of 1,000 Tickets/Entries per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of obtaining Ticket(s)/Entries. Entrants may not participate with multiple email addresses, Accounts (i.e., Savings of Checking accounts) or Alma Debit Cards, nor may Entrants use any device or artifice to participate multiple times or as multiple participants. Such conduct will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and will forfeit any prize that he/she may have won and may constitute tampering as discussed below. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any technical, programming, electronic or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries in the Sweepstakes.

All eligible Entries (regardless of whether [or not] the numbers selected by [or for] an entrant on a given Ticket match the numbers drawn by Prize & Promotions Insurance Services) will be entered into a random drawing on or about June 14, 2024 for a chance to win $100.00 cash prize. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator.

8. ENTRY PERIODS

Prize & Promotions Insurance Services will randomly select the five (5) winning regular numbers (between 1 and 99) and one (1) winning Green Almaball Number (between 1 and 26). The winning numbers will be posted in the App and Sponsors’ social media channels.

9. PRIZES & ODDS & TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

TO WIN A PRIZE WITHOUT MATCHING THE GREEN ALMABALL NUMBER, A TICKET MUST MATCH AT LEAST (2) NUMBERS BETWEEN 1 AND 99.

*If the prize does not say “per ticket” in the table above, then the prize listed will be split equally amongst all individuals who win at that prize level. For example, if 4 tickets match 4 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number), the $2,000 prize will be equally split amongst those 4 winners with each winner receiving $500. {The preceding example assumes that each individual only has one [1] ticket matching 4 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number.)}

**The $1,000,000 prize will be paid out as an annuity in thirty (30) equal annual installments of $33,334 without interest.   The verified winner of the $1,000,000 level prize will have the option to accept a lump sum cash in the amount of $562,000 in lieu of the annuity at their discretion.   If there are multiple winners who win the $1,000,000 prize, it will be split equally amongst all individuals at that prize level. For example, if 4 tickets match 5 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number), the $1,000,000 prize will be equally split amongst those 4 winners with each winner receiving $250,000 [as an annuity in thirty (30) equal annual installments of $8,333.50, or a lump sum amount of $140,500 at such winner’s discretion)]. {The preceding example assumes that each individual only has one [1] ticket matching 5 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number.)} If the $1,000,000 level prize is won before the last (13^th) Entry Period, the Sponsors will offer a $100,000 cash prize to anyone who matches all 5 numbers and the Green Almaball Number. This prize will only be offered if the $1,000,000 level prize has been won and awarded and there are Entry Periods still remaining. Should the $100,000 prize be offered and is won by more than one winner, it will be split equally amongst all individuals at that prize level. For example, if 4 tickets match 5 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number), the $100,000 prize will be equally split amongst those 4 winners with each winner receiving $25,000. {The preceding example assumes that each individual only has one [1] ticket matching 5 out of 5 numbers (in addition to the Green Almaball Number.)} 

***If there are multiple winners of $20,000 prize, it will be split evenly among the winners, which will be paid over 6 equal monthly installments (without interest). {For example, if 4 tickets match 5 out of 5 numbers ( but not  the Green Almaball Number), the $20,000 prize will be equally split amongst those 4 winners with each winner receiving $5,000. {The preceding example assumes that each individual only has one [1] ticket matching 5 out of 5 numbers (but not the Green Almaball Number.)}

All prizes are subject to applicable taxes.

Total ARV of all prizes: $695,100.00. The total ARV of all prizes is based on several variables including but not limited to present value of the $1,000,000 prize and Sponsors’ good faith projections using industry standard methodology as to the number of prizes at each level that will be awarded.

10. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER

Potential winner will be notified via the App or using the email address / phone number provided with the Entry or on file with Sponsors, and paid approximately 45 days after their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed via the winner verification process. Your cash prize will be deposited in your Alma account. (If potential winner has both a Checking and Savings Account, Sponsors will determine into which Account the cash prize will be forfeited.) IF YOU ARE A WINNER (VIA ENTRY METHODS #1 AND/OR #2) BUT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT(S) BEFORE GETTING YOUR PRIZE MONEY DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY PRIZE YOU MAY HAVE WON. For example, if you matched any combination of numbers due to which the Sponsors and/or Administrator confirmed you as a winner of any prize amount in the Sweepstakes, but you close your Account due to any reason whatsoever prior to the prize funds being deposited to your Account, you will forfeit any such prize(s). If you entered via the Mail-in Entry and win a prize, then you will be mailed a check in the amount of your prize money via first class USPS at the address provided in your Mail-in Entry. If the check is returned as undeliverable, lost or misdirected, Sponsors and other Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for replacement of the check and will not have any liability of any kind in conjunction therewith.

Prizes not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded with the sole exception of the $100 cash random drawing prize, for which an alternate winner may be selected via random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The potential winners, at Sponsors’ and Administrator’s discretion may have to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within five (5) business days of notification as part of the verification process. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, such winner may be disqualified. Winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in accepting a prize. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more (or who win $600 or more cumulatively from Sponsors in a single calendar year) will be issued a 1099 tax form following the receipt of the prize.

In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or Affidavit (if applicable) is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize; (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations (to the extent applicable), the potential Sweepstakes winner shall be disqualified and forfeit his/her prize, and the corresponding prize will not be awarded with the sole exception of the $100 random drawing prize, for which an alternate winner may be selected via random drawing (and, in any such case, Sponsors and the other Sweepstakes Entities  will not have any liability of any kind in conjunction therewith. ).

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSORS AND ADMINISTRATOR. SPONSORS’ AND ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS (AS WELL AS THE DECISIONS OF PRIZE & PROMOTIONS INSURANCE SERVICES) ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, DETERMINATION OF WINNERS AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE APP SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE NUMBERS SELECTED ON THEIR POTENTIAL WINNING TICKET/THEIR ENTRY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED BY ADMINISTRATOR AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED PERSONALLY BY SPONSORS/ADMINISTRATOR THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSORS AND ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

11. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

Each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and Administrator (as well as of Prize & Promotions Insurance Services) which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Administrator, Prize & Promotions Insurance Services , and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry/ticket, creation of an entry/ticket or submission of an entry/ticket, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize[s] (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner’s acceptance of prize(s) constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsors, and Administrator, and any of their designees to use and/or publish winner’s entry, name, city and state of residence, and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsors, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsors, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Additionally, as a condition of receiving any prize valued at $1,000 or more, and, at the sole discretion of Sponsors, winners may be required to participate in a 10-minute recorded interview conducted by representatives of Sponsors on a date and time to be mutually agreed upon. 

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsors, Administrator, Prize & Promotions Insurance Services, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries/tickets that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, tickets, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, programming, electronic, human or technical error of any kind regardless of any cause; (c) entrants or other persons who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes and/or utilizing the App or an Alma bank account (including but not limited to in conjunction with the selection of numbers on a ticket, opening an Account, depositing funds into an Savings Account, or using an Alma Debit Card) or claiming  prize(s); (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties affecting any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including the receipt of entries and tickets with the selection of numbers, the Drawing of winning numbers and/or the publication/dissemination of such winning numbers; (e) any inability of the winner to accept prize(s) for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded or the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, unauthorized human intervention/computer attack, fraudulent conduct of any kind, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, the App, or with any Website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple Savings Accounts/Checking Accounts, other than legitimate, bona fide transactions, Alma Debit Cards, email addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events of any kind whether or not reasonably foreseeable by Sponsors compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to void the entries (and tickets with the selection of numbers) at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes or the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or make prizes available in a manner determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsors will be posted on the App and Sponsors’ social media channels.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of AMOEs, entries and tickets (including number selections); or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 

15. DISPUTES

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of the State of Washington or the appropriate Washington State court located in King County (with any right of change of venue, forum nonconveniens or the like being expressly waived); (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Entrant further waives the right to enjoin the continued operation of the Sweepstakes or to any other form of injunctive or equitable relief. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington  or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.

16. WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS AND RELEASES

Participants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released, discharged and held harmless from, any and all claims, liability, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising out of or related, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors and the Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s mobile device which is occasioned by accessing the App  or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions (AMOEs), entries, tickets with selection(s) of number(s) or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Each participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsors are not responsible for the actions of participants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including participants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. 

17. TAMPERING WITH SWEEPSTAKES

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for violations of the Official Rules that impact any individual’s privacy rights in connection with the Sweepstakes, including participants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the App, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsors and Administrator reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.

18. GENERAL

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsors’ and/or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsors and Administrator have sole and absolute discretion. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof. In the event that there is a discrepancy between statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the App and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the English version and Spanish language translation of these Official Rules, the English language version shall prevail, govern and control in all respects.

19. PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsors will be subject to Sponsors’ privacy policies posted in the App. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsors permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration (to the extent applicable).

20. WINNERS’ LIST

Any legally required winners’ list may be obtained by sending a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Alma Sweepstakes – March 1, 2024 to May 30, 2024 Winners Request, ℅ Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 for receipt by July 31, 2024.
